Happy Rally to Restore Sanity Day! Although I am unable to be in Washington this weekend to lend my indoor voice to the proceedings, I can dedicate today's OSaD to the occasion.

The song for today is the only song I know of that's been written about Stephen Colbert. It is so damn catchy you'll find yourself singing it, oh, pretty much all the time.

In less awesome news, with all my standing around on concrete at work and long-walk taking from yesterday, I seem to have messed up my left knee badly enough that I'm having big trouble going up and down stairs. :( It would be funny if it didn't hurt so much. No running for me today, I see.

Finally, I want to write a review about last night's episode of Supernatural (which was significantly better than 6x05), but I don't have the time. Maybe tomorrow.

Oh no with the knee! Was it hurting during our walk? Bad news bears, Debs. I hope it recovers quickly. And see ya tonight!

Not until after the walk. It's doing a bit better today, I think I just need to take it easy for a little bit. :)

Take it easy on that knee! *hugs*

The end of this week's Supernatural was so uncomfortable that I had to watch the promo for next week to get an idea of what's going on.

That's the plan; I'm gonna rest it up for a few days and then see how it feels. *hugs*

I don't know how I feel about the ending of that episode. I really loved the way Jared played Sam in that scene, but I don't know what was going through Dean's head at the very end there. It felt really weird to me. But before, when Veritas is first asking Sam her questions, the look on Dean's face just breaks my heart. WOOBIE. :( Next week will be interesting, that's for sure.

Dean's woobie face is getting a work out this season, bless him. I don't think he knows if he's coming or going.

And I think he's playing that unbalanced aspect of the character really well; you can sense the constant un-even-keel-ing of him in pretty much every scene. He's got both of these families he's trying desperately to hold together, but everything keeps falling apart through no fault of his own. I feel for him.

Honestly, I don't think ever really stood a chance, his whole life. I think it's like he wants it too much, holds onto to it so hard, but it's like sand or water in your palm, only lasts for so long before it slips away, and that's kind of the story of his life. Depressing much!
